There are a few options to get to and from Sydney Airport to the city. Please see below for more details:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Train<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sydney Airport is located just 13 minutes by train from the city. There are train stations located at both the International and Domestic terminals, which operate as part of the Airport Link train service.<\/p>\n<p>The Domestic terminal train station is located directly between T2 and T3 terminals and is accessible from within the terminals from the Arrivals level. Trains run approximately every 10 minutes and the journey to the city takes only 13 minutes. The international and domestic rail stations link directly to the City Circle line, which means most city destinations are within a short walk of stations.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Taxis<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Each terminal has its own sheltered taxi rank with supervisors on hand during peak times to ensure a smooth flow of taxis for travellers. Kerbside supervisors can also organise taxis with baby capsules, wheelchair access, five-seaters and maxi taxis for larger groups or station wagons for large amounts of baggage.<\/p>\n<h2>Getting around Sydney<\/h2>\n<p>Sydney\u2019s public transport system features a comprehensive network of train, bus and ferry services. Light rail lines, airport links, sightseeing buses and taxi services complement the network.<\/p>\n<h3>Opal Card<\/h3>\n<p>You can get a free smartcard ticket to load funds for use on trains, buses, ferries and light rail. All speakers should present themselves to the Speakers Preparation Desk at least four hours prior to their scheduled presentation time, to upload their presentation. Speakers are also requested to assemble in their session room 5 minutes before the commencement of the session if possible, to meet with their session chair and to familiarise themselves with the room and the audio visual equipment. A technician will be present in the room at all times.
