Electronic tax invoice will also be issued. All updates regarding the forum will be posted to the forum website. Each delegate will also receive a name badge upon arrival to the forum. The name badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and to the Welcome Reception and Forum Dinner. Day registrants and partners will be added to guest lists for each additional event booked.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-11-1\" data-target=\"#9447b9a7f487b1589\" href=\"#9447b9a7f487b1589\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><div class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Cancelling your Forum Registration<\/div><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"9447b9a7f487b1589\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content\">Cancellations must be received in writing \u2013 mail, email or fax \u2013 to Leishman Associates. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from <a href=\"mailto:tobie@laevents.com.au\" target=\"_blank\">Leishman Associates<\/a>. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact the Forum Managers \u2013 Leishman Associates on (03) 6234 7844. No refunds will be made for cancellations for the forum postmarked on or after 1 month prior to the forum, however substitutions may be accepted.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-11-1\" data-target=\"#e0e7b16c480a7fddc\" href=\"#e0e7b16c480a7fddc\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><div class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Insurance<\/div><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"e0e7b16c480a7fddc\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content\">Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees\/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The Insurance should cover loss arising from the cancellation of the forum by the organisers or a person\u2019s inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever.
